Returns & Refunds (The Not-So-Spooky Fine Print)

Every Truly Odd Tee is made to order, just for you. That means once it’s printed, it’s officially part of the paranormal universe—and we can’t take it back just because the vibes changed.

Refunds & Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item is defective
• There is a printing error or misprint

Reporting an Issue

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once the issue is verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Sizing Issues

Please double-check sizing using the size chart provided on each product page. We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing unless the item itself is defective.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen. Please contact your local postal carrier for assistance.
