Thanks for shopping with Truly Odd Tees! Here’s what to expect once you place an order.

Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2–5 business days to print and prepare your items for shipment.

During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, or unexplained cosmic disturbances), processing times may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

After production, shipping times vary based on your location:

  • U.S. Orders
    • Economy Shipping: 4-8 business days
    • Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
  • International Orders:
    • Standard Shipping: 10-30 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or events beyond our control.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75 (USD) before taxes, automatically applied at checkout—no promo code needed.

Orders under $75 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on location and fulfillment partner.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location
  • The number of items in your order
  • The fulfillment partner used for your items

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.

Split Shipments

Because we use multiple Printify fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in separate packages. Each package will include its own tracking information.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Orders marked as delivered but later reported as lost or stolen are not eligible for replacement or refund. Please check with your local carrier or neighbors—sometimes packages slip into another dimension.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
